Our Academy Trust

AA Teamworks is part of the Great Heights Academy Trust, which educates over 4000 children from ages 2-18 across nine schools in West Yorkshire.

Additionally, Great Heights Academy Trust provides specialist educational support through three key designations:

  • Great Heights English Hub promotes a love of reading and supports schools to deliver excellent phonics and early language teaching, with tailored guidance from literacy specialists.
  • Great Heights Research School connects teachers and schools to evidence-informed practice, influencing research and shaping future education programmes.
  • Great Heights Partner Provision offers high-quality alternative education for children and young people with health, social, emotional, or medical needs.
These designations reinforce our commitment to excellence in education, providing our trainees with invaluable access to the latest research and best practices. With direct exposure to cutting-edge educational theory and evidence-informed strategies, our trainees are equipped to apply this knowledge from day one, ensuring they enter the classroom confident, well-prepared, and at the forefront of effective teaching.
