Hollie Lawless

Hollie is an experienced practitioner who herself was a Teamworks trainee and has held roles such as mentor, link tutor, Key Stage Leader and Director of Teaching and Learning with responsibility for curriculum and school improvement, before being appointed as Head of SCITT. Hollie teaches on the programme and is the personal tutor to some of our trainees.

Hollie’s vision for Teamworks is to prepare the teachers of tomorrow in an immersive school-based experience supported by the most highly-skilled and nurturing practitioners. She is committed to providing opportunities for children through education, and ensuring that there are no barriers which might impede them reaching their full potential.
