Fran McKay

Fran is the Business Support Officer for the School Improvement Team at Great Heights Academy Trust. Fran works to support the day to day running of the SCITT, including answering enquiries from potential candidates, trainees and mentors, the course preparation, data tracking, finance and compliance.

Fran is an experienced SCITT Administrator, and has previously managed a National SCITT. She is passionate about supporting teacher training, and Teamworks in particular – she previously worked for the SCITT during its inception.
