Jessica Mellor

Jess is the deputy head of the SCITT and Research School. Alongside Jo she also teaches on the programme and is the personal tutor to some of the trainees. Jess has supported primary and secondary teachers to improve their knowledge and practice and leads the school improvement work carried out by Teamworks alongside a team of SLEs (Specialist Leaders in Education). Prior to starting at Teamworks, Jess was a lead practitioner for the Abbey Trust in Leeds, and she completed her Master’s at Leeds Beckett University.
