Richard Pawson

Over the last 20 years Richard has navigated a successful career, accruing an extensive teaching, leadership and management portfolio working across primary and secondary phases in both the mainstream and SEND sectors, including a seven year tenure as Headteacher of Wood Bank Special School in Calderdale.  Currently Richard is working for the Great Heights Academy Trust as a Consultant Principal, overseeing West Vale Academy and also supporting Teamworks SCITT and Oldham Research School.
